Pay by Bank: Get a Credit on Your First Purchase
How to claim your credit and when to expect it in your account
As a new Pay by Bank user, you may be eligible to receive a $5 or $10 credit deposited directly into your bank account when you enroll in Pay by Bank and complete your first online purchase.
The credit is deposited into your linked bank account — it does not appear as a discount in your cart at checkout. You'll see it in your bank account after your purchase is complete.
What you need to do
- See the credit offer during online checkout at a participating location.
- Enroll in Pay by Bank by linking your bank account.
- Complete your online purchase using Pay by Bank.
That's it — once your purchase is finalized, your credit will be on its way.
Online only: This offer applies to online purchases only. It is not available for in-store transactions.
Credit timing
Your credit is deposited into the same bank account you linked for Pay by Bank.
- Most people receive their credit by 5pm the next business day after completing their purchase.
- Bank processing can take up to 3–5 business days to fully clear — this is normal and depends on your bank.
- Weekends and holidays may add additional time.
Look for the deposit in the same bank account you linked when enrolling in Pay by Bank. The deposit will come from Dutchie.
I completed my purchase but haven't received my credit yet — is that normal?
Yes. Most credits arrive by 5pm the next business day, but bank processing can take up to 3–5 business days to fully clear. If it has been more than 5 business days, please contact Dutchie support.
Where exactly will the credit appear?
The credit is deposited directly into the bank account you linked when you enrolled in Pay by Bank — not as a discount on your receipt or in your cart.
I didn't see the offer at checkout — am I eligible?
Not everyone sees the offer. Eligibility is based on your purchase history and whether you are a new Pay by Bank user. If you didn't see the offer, you may not have been included in this round of the promotion.
Can I use the offer for an in-store purchase?
No — this offer is only available for online purchases made with Pay by Bank.
