I'm having trouble logging into my Dutchie account
If you've received an error message when trying to log in, follow these steps to troubleshoot.
Red Boxes
First, please check your screen for fields outlined in red. This means that the required fields haven't been filled out, or information hasn't been saved to the checkout page.
Invalid Email or Password
After double-checking your information, please ensure there are no spaces before or after your email address or password.
If you still receive this error, please follow the Forgot Your Password link to reset your password.
Email Already in Use
Receiving this error is in response to selecting the "Save my information for next time" checkbox. If you already have an account, please un-check this checkbox and log in to continue placing your order.
Other Troubleshooting Steps
- Please refresh your page and select the blue Place Order button.
- Clear your cookies (cache) then close your browser. When you reopen your browser, please log in.
- We recommend disabling the autofill feature that is enabled on most browsers, as this causes concerns with making account changes.
- If you’re still experiencing this concern, try placing an order in an incognito browser or placing an Order as a Guest.
