Are you in the right place?
If you're placing an order through Dutchie, double-check to make sure you are logging onto your Dutchie account and not into the dispensary's website.
Log in to your Dutchie account
- Select Log in or My account from any page on Dutchie.com.
- Log in using the email and password associated with your Dutchie Account, or use a Google (Gmail) or Apple account.
- When you create an account or log in with a Google (Gmail) or Apple email address that matches an existing Dutchie account, Dutchie will automatically link your Google or Apple account to your existing Dutchie account. Your existing transaction history and Pay by Bank information will be preserved.
- Once you log in using your Google or Apple account, you won't be able to log in using an email + password anymore. You will be required to log in using your Google or Apple account going forward.
After you log in, you may see a few extra screens
If you log in from the dispensary's menu (not from your cart or during checkout), you may be guided through a few quick, optional steps to finish setting up your account:
- Join the dispensary's loyalty program (if offered). You can opt in to email or text updates, or just join without opting in to comms.
- Link a bank account for Pay by Bank (if offered). This uses the same secure connection process as before — select your bank and log in to link it.
- Download your loyalty pass to your phone, or scan a QR code on desktop to save it — if you joined loyalty and the dispensary's app supports it.
You can skip any of these steps — your account is set up either way. These screens won't appear if you're logging in from your cart or during checkout.
Log in to your Dutchie account to make check out easier
You can use guest checkout to place your order without logging in.
However, if you are logged into your Dutchie account, your personal information will be filled into the checkout page already.
If you are not yet logged into your Dutchie account, you can log in during the checkout process by selecting the Log In link at the top of the page.
Logging into your account will automatically fill in your checkout page, including your personal information, address and medical information when applicable.
