Error When Placing an Order
Common reasons for error messages and how to check out after receiving an error
If there are red boxes outlining fields on the cart page, check to be sure all of your personal information has been entered and saved for the transaction. Fields outlined in red indicate they are mandatory and must be filled out and/or saved to place an order.
Birthdate format should be entered as MM/DD/YYYY.
When entering your address for a delivery, a drop-down menu will appear. Select your address from the drop-down menu and click the blue "Save" button to continue with checkout.
"Save My Info for Next Time"
The "Save my info for next time" checkbox is used to create a new account. Please disregard this checkbox if you already have an account.
Payment type must be saved in order to proceed with your order. Please select your preferred method of payment and click the blue "Save" button.
Medical Card Information
For medical patients, medical card information must be saved in order to proceed with checkout. Enter your information and click "Save."
After Placing Your Order
Refresh the checkout page. If there aren't any items left in your cart, then your order went through. You'll receive confirmation from the dispensary shortly! If items remain in your cart, please clear your cache (cookies) in your browser and close your browser. Once you reopen your browser and select "Place Order," your order will go through.
Items Sold Out in Cart
If your order will not process after clearing your cache and restarting your browser, please check that the items in your cart are still available on the menu. An item may have sold out after you added it to your cart and before you proceeded to check out, causing an error message to occur.
