If you wish to have a recent order refunded, reach out to the dispensary.
All order refunds are managed by the dispensary you ordered from.

To receive an update on your refund, reach out to the dispensary.
All payments and refunds are processed directly through the dispensary.
To receive a refund for an order that has already been paid for using an online payment processor, such as Pay by Bank, reach out to the dispensary. The dispensary is responsible for all refunds. Pay by Bank orders will be issued as a cash refund directly from the dispensary.
