How to request an order refund

If you wish to have a recent order refunded, reach out to the dispensary directly. 

While Dutchie creates an easy, seamless way to order online, all order refunds are managed by the shop themselves.

To receive an update on your refund, reach out to the dispensary directly. 

All payments and refunds are processed directly through the dispensary. In most cases, refunds can take 3 to 5 days to appear in your account, but may take up to 10 days. We highly recommend reaching out directly to the location you ordered from and asking them to clarify their refund process.
