Troubleshoot using the camera to upload a photo ID

If you are experiencing trouble with uploading an image of your ID at checkout, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Confirm that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
  2. Ensure you’ve granted dutchie.com permissions to access the camera.
    • Dutchie.com will ask for permission when the camera icon is selected on the checkout page. If permission is denied, you won’t be able to take a picture.
