How do I upload a photo ID at checkout?
Some shops require a photo ID to be uploaded at the time of checkout, when placing an online order for pickup.
To upload a new ID Photo when logged in, chose Edit and from there "Upload new photo".

If you are experiencing trouble with uploading an image of your ID at checkout, follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Confirm that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Ensure you’ve granted dutchie.com permissions to access the camera.
- Dutchie.com will ask for permission when the camera icon is selected on the checkout page. If permission is denied, you won’t be able to take a picture.

If permissions to access the camera were previously blocked, then clear the browser’s history.
- When prompted, grant dutchie.com permission to access the camera.
- Refresh the checkout page, and upload a photo ID again.
