Manage Your Pay by Bank Account Settings

Update your linked bank account

  1. On Dutchie.com, sign in and click My account (desktop site) or the avatar (mobile site).
  2. Select Bank Account.

  3. If you haven't already signed up for Pay by Bank click Sign Up to link a bank account. If you have already linked a bank account, click Change Account
  4. A new window will open with the Plaid bank linking flow. Change the bank information as needed. 

Relink bank

In the event that there is a connection issue with a linked bank account you will want to find the accounted under Bank Account

  1. Click Edit.
  2. Re-enter the required information.
  3. Click Save
    Note: When your bank is successfully relinked you see a pop-up in Pay by Bank and receive an email confirmation.  

Remove linked bank account 

In the event you may need to "archive" or remove your existing linked bank account from Pay by Bank, you may do so with the instructions below. Please note that Pay by Bank requires a bank account to be linked in order to process, and removing the bank account will mean you will need to revisit the Pay by Bank sign-up process and flow to link a new bank account via Plaid. 

  1. On Dutchie.com, sign in and click My account (desktop site) or the avatar (mobile site).
  2. Select Bank Account.
  3. Click Remove
  4. A pop-up window will display to confirm the action, choose Remove Payment to continue or tap Cancel to back out and return to the account screen. 
  5. Once the bank account is removed, you'll see the Sign Up prompt on the Bank Account screen. To reconnect to Pay by Bank in the future, simply follow the sign up steps to link a new account.
