You can check the status of your order whether you are logged into your Dutchie account or ordering as a guest.

  • Logged-in users can check their order status from their Dutchie account by clicking "Orders" from the drop-down under their name.
  • Guests users will receive an order confirmation via email after the order is placed and will receive text updates when your order is ready for pickup or out for delivery.

Order status notifications

Unless you opt out of receiving notifications, you will receive a text message or email to let you know when your Dutchie order is ready for pickup or out for delivery. 

For Dutchie account holders, your "Ready for pickup" confirmation will send an additional order summary email to your email address. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive an email.

Note!

Some dispensaries may also send separate email notifications that your order was successfully submitted and/or that they've confirmed your order and are getting it ready. Please note that dispensaries with 24-hour ordering may not confirm your order until they open the shop.

Check the "Hours and more" link at the top of the dispensary menu for more information on pickup and delivery hours and options. Or, reach out to Support for more information or to check to make sure we have your contact information correct on your order!  

View past orders 

Do you need to view a past order? This information is available to logged-in Dutchie account holders.

1. Log in to your Dutchie account.
2. Click My Account in the top right corner.
3. Select Orders from the menu.
4. Find the order you're looking for.
5. Click View Receipt to see the details of your previous purchases.

Contacting your dispensary 

Dutchie provides customers the best and most efficient way to place an order online. While we create an easy seamless way to order online, the dispensary is in charge of all order fulfillment including processing, packaging and delivering orders. For an update on your order, we recommend reaching out directly to the dispensary where you have placed your order.
