Why am I receiving order status emails?
When you place an order with a dispensary, you may receive email notifications with information about the status of your order.
What kinds of emails could I receive after placing an order with a dispensary?
- Submitted: When you have submitted your order, you may receive an email that contains your receipt, as well as your order number, and the store's information.
- Confirmed: Once the store has confirmed your order, you may receive a confirmation email. If the store you ordered from offers scheduled orders, this email will display the time slot you selected at checkout.
- Ready for Pickup or Out for Delivery: This email informs you that your order is ready for pickup or assigned to a delivery driver and out for delivery. If you selected curbside pickup when you placed your order, you'll receive a link to open when you arrive at the store to let them know you have arrived and what vehicle you're in.
Why am I not receiving order status emails?
If you aren't receiving order status emails, it could be for a few different reasons:
- The dispensary has this option turned off: Not all dispensaries send order status emails.
- Misspelled Email Address: If you remember entering an email address at checkout, but never received any email updates or a receipt, it could be due to a typo on the email address.
- Email Client Interpreted as Spam: Depending on your email provider, order status emails could be qualified as "Spam" and automatically trashed or put into a specific spam folder.
