Check Dutchie order status
Dutchie account-holders and guest are able to check their order status. Account holders can check their order status inside their dutchie account by click to the "Hi Name!" dropdown and selecting "Orders". Guests will get order confirmation via email and receive status notifications via text message if enabled.
Account holders
From there, your past and open orders will display, and you may click, "View Status" to check and monitor the status of the order.
- From there, you can watch the order status move from being placed, to being prepared, to being ready for pickup!
- Note: You may also turn your text updates on by clicking the small blue "On" in the top right corner of your status page (see below).
- Delivery orders will send text messages that your order is on its way.
Guest orders
If you used guest checkout to place your order, you will get an order confirmation and ready for pick up or out for delivery text messages when your order is ready or on the way.
Order status notifications
Unless you opt out of receiving notifications, you will receive a text message or email to let you know when your Dutchie order is ready for pickup or out for delivery. For Dutchie account holders, your "Ready for pickup" confirmation will send an additional order summary email to your email address. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive an email.
Some dispensaries may also send email notifications that your order was successfully submitted and/or that they've confirmed your order and are getting it ready. Please note that dispensaries with 24-hour ordering may not confirm your order until they open the shop.

Contacting your dispensary
Dutchie provides customers the best and most efficient way to place an order online. While we create an easy seamless way to order online, the dispensary is in charge of all order fulfillment including processing, packaging and delivering orders. For an update on your order, we recommend reaching out directly to the dispensary where you have placed your order. If you cannot reach the dispensary directly, please contact dutchie support so we can help locate alternative contact information for the dispensary.
